What’s the difference between massage and bodywork?

Massage is typically focused on physical outcomes like relieving muscle tension, pain or stress. Bodywork includes that — but it also invites in the emotional, energetic & even sensual dimensions of touch including sexual energy . It’s about connecting to the vitality of your body, not just fixing something.

Do I have to get naked?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Every treatment is tailored to your level of comfort. Most sessions can be performed either clothed or naked — you choose what feels right for your body on the day.

Is this a safe space for all men - straight, gay, men who are questioning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. My practice is a shame-free, judgment-free space for all men to explore their bodies, their pleasure & their healing. You don’t need to label yourself or explain yourself. Just come as you are.

Question 4

Can I talk during the session?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the session. If it is a remedial massage session... then it is fine. If it is a Somatic Bodywork session, then it is best that conversation is kept to a minimum because the goal is for you to connect to your experience by feeling it. If you are talking, you are in your head. We always start with clear communication and agree the session together. But once you are on the table, it is time to check out, connect to you body and enjoy the ride. However, if there is an issue,  please raise it.

What kind of touch do you offer?

Accepted Answer

I offer therapeutic & intentional touch. This may be strong & remedial or slow & sensual, or a mix — and sometimes intimate but it always depends on the treatment & your needs.
