SOMATIC BODYWORK
'Touch & Pleasure'

The Treatment

To help clients explore Somatic Bodywork, I have created a unique experience called...The Ultimate Connection - a sensual celebration of your body. It's an invitation to explore touch & pleasure with a curious mind & to reconnect with the aliveness of your incredible body.

There is nothing you need to do.

Just let go...surrender & enjoy.

Let me guide you with my expert touch & deep, grounded presence.

SOMATIC BODYWORK

The Ultimate Connection

A Sensual Exploration of Pleasure & Connection!

This is more than a massage. It’s an embodied experience — a celebration of your body & an exploration of pleasure & connection to yourself. This is a full body treatment that touches the physical body but also the intimate...& for some, even the emotional or spiritual.

With deep presence & a confident, masculine touch, I caress & nurture the body with long flowing strokes, working up & down the body & under & over in a rhythm that builds up into a rich sensual experience — full-body, skin-on-skin — performed with both of us naked. I tease the body to build up a delicious erotic charge & we hold that energy, play with it & see what happens. To close, I will guide you back into deep rest with a slow & tender face, neck & shoulder massage.

The key to this massage is to relinquish control, knowing this is a safe space, operating within agreed boundaries & consent. There is no pressure to perform, so just surrender & let me facilitate your pleasure. I will help you to disconnect from your mind & connect instead to the joys of your body. All you need to do is…nothing but relax, let go & lose yourself in the sensations of your amazing body.

No goals. No expectations. Whatever happens...happens!

This massage is about the joy of touch, pleasure & connection…not sex.

What is Somatic Bodywork?

I am a professional remedial sports massage therapist - but my real passion lies in Somatic Bodywork. At its heart, my work & interest is about helping men connect more authentically with their bodies.

We live in a world where it seems the most important connection we have these days is to our phones but as human beings, we are wired for touch, presence & human connection.

Somatic Bodywork can mean different things to different people, but for me, it is about helping you shift out of your head & into the felt, vibrant aliveness of your body - using intentional therapeutic touch.

This work invites you to check out from the noise of the world & your constant mind chatter & to become curious about your body. What am I feeling right now?

Another term for this is embodied…& is described as having a deep connection & awareness of the physical body by feeling the interconnectedness between the mind, body & spirit...or quite simply…it's about dropping into your body & feeling your aliveness.

Letting Go of Control

When it comes to pleasure, control can be a major obstacle. Our constant desire to control can stifle our curiousity, our ability to explore & our capacity to surrender to the unknown. In this practice I invite you to surrender - to trust me & the safe space we create together. Before we begin, we will agree on clear boundaries & create a contract that ensures your comfort & security.

One of the pleasures in life is being touched - free from judgement or ridicule. This work is not outcome focused...it's about the journey. There is no wrong or right way to experience it, so just mindfully enjoy the ebbs & flows of pleasure & we will see what happens.

Receiving

A fundamental aspect of this work is receiving. Learning to receive & letting go of the need to give back. This is your time on the table to enjoy being touched & to lose yourself in the joys of pleasure. Once you start feeling the need to give back, you risk returning to a mind experience instead of a felt experience. When thoughts replace sensation the magic of the encounter is lost.

Rewiring Our Neural Pathways

Our bodies become conditioned by our habits including our sexual habits. Over time, we develop neural pathways that reinforce those patterns. If we want to experience something different with our bodies, we need to teach it, just like learning a musical instrument.

For many men, pleasure tends to be focused between the legs. But the truth is, pleasure can be felt all over the body.

Somatic body works helps you to become curious about what you’re feeling & where you are feeling it. With time & practice, this work can help reset those neural pathways, opening you to more pleasure, more sensation & ultimately a greater connection to your body. You may even discover that you can become multi-orgasmic or even experience full body orgasms that go far beyond what you thought was possible.

Communication

A key learning of this work is communication & to ask for what you want & to share what feels good.

When you are on the table, don’t hesitate to speak up. If you enjoy something, say so. If something doesn't feel quite right, let me know. We can explore touch together with curiosity & consent.

  • What if I touch you here….how does that feel?

  • Does it feel better with a lighter touch or with more pressure?

  • What is more satisfying for you….fast or slow?

As long as it stays within boundaries have we have agreed to before the session begins, there is room for curiosity & exploration. One of the keys to success with pleasure is  communication both here & in your relationships. We are all different so don’t be afraid to guide your partner. Teach them what works best for you.

The 5 Guiding Principles That Shape Somatic Bodywork:

• Awareness of body
• Breath
• Touch
• Movement
• Sound

Exploring somatic bodywork & applying the above principals can elevate a session from amazing to mind blowing. Whilst this is aspirational, with practice & openness, this can become possible.

In this session we primarily use touch, which on its own...produces amazing results. But, if you are open to it, we can also explore the other four principles and see what unfolds.

A successful somatic bodywork session is built on the following foundations:

Communication

Before we begin the session, we will take time to clearly discuss & agree what will happen. This helps to create the foundation of safety & trust, allowing you to lie on the table & drop into the session feeling protected.

When you know what to expect, you are more likely to stay connected to your body, rather than getting caught up in your head wondering, "what is happening or what is he doing?" Instead, you can fully experience the joy of my touch & the natural ebbs & flows of pleasure.

Boundaries

Before any session begins, we will clearly set & agree on boundaries - essentially, a mutual agreement about what can & cannot happen during our time together. These boundaries are fixed during the session; while nothing new can be added, you are always welcome to remove or withdraw consent to anything previously agreed upon. In short, you can change your mind & say "no" at any point during the session. Your comfort & safety are the highest priority. You are always in control.

My primary boundary is that there is no sex involved in the session - For clarity, my definition of sex includes intercourse, oral contact of any kind including kissing or sucking & any use of the mouth. The touch we engage in is hands & body based.

That said, this work can naturally stir deep sensations, emotions & energy. It is not uncommon for sessions to feel incredibly powerful & even more profound than sexual experiences. Rather than resisting that intensity, I encourage you to trust the process & allow whatever rises (within the agreed boundaries) to move through you. It can be very powerful.

Consent

This work is entirely consent-based. Before any touch begins, it is essential that you fell a whole-bodied...YES - one that comes not just from your head, but from your heart & gut as well. True consent arises when all parts of you are in agreement.

Equally important is the ability to say no, & to know that saying no is always welcome, respected & encouraged. Learning to honour your boundaries is a powerful part of this work. Your comfort is not negotiable.

This is your body & your experience. It is all for you.

FAQS

REVIEWS

It was the best and most intimate full body massage I have ever had. Alex was very attentive to tight and sore areas that needed extra pressure. I was able to be completely in the moment which took away any of life’s stresses and distractions. It also helped that the rain sound was so soothing. I will be back

I just thought I would let you know that since Saturday my sexual energy is still through the roof. My libido hasn't been this high for a while. I am guessing that it is connected to the session with you...Thank you!
